Chromebooks are designed to be cloud-based computers, running things like Google apps and Gmail. If you need heavier-duty apps, or like to download lots of things like Skype, a Chromebook is likely not for you.

    I would buy one for e-mail and social media apps, but that’s about all. For everything else, there’s no substitute for a powerful laptop, especially for my telecommunications systems programming abilities… “B”

    i’ve bee wanting one of these for a while but don’t know of anyone that does non-us sales. I am in New Zealand and can’t find one.
