Most WordPress sites pull profile pictures from Gravatar (http://en.gravatar.com/). Register a profile picture there, and it should appear automatically. Make sure you use the same email address when leaving a comment.
Ok thanks Ross!!! I joined gravatar and uploaded the profile pic use on twitter, facebook, linkedin etc. I’m guessing it might take a few minutes to find its’ way here. Thanks again… “B”
