Samsung’s Gear VR concept was pretty cool. It allows users to turn their Samsung Galaxy Note 4 into a VR Headset. But what if you don’t have a Note 4? Archos looks to solve that for phones with a Full HD 1920×1080 display between 5 and 6 inches. This includes not only the existing Note 3, but the GS4/5, LG G2/G3, HTC One M8, Moto X 2014, the Nexus 4 & 5, and iOS and Windows Phone Devices like the Lumia 1520 and the iPhone 6 Plus. It will work with existing VR apps.
The most intriguing part of the Archos VR is its price. The headset is only $29.99. It’ll ship in October.
