It’s ski season, you and your buddies are shooting down the slopes together, but there’s just one problem. You’re not working effectively as a team and that British intelligence agent ahead of you is getting away. Or you’re hungry, want to break for lunch, but can’t tell them. Either could be a crimp in your day.
Buhel feels your pain, and wants to bring easy communication to the slopes with their Speakgoggle G33 Intercom system. These ski goggles are equipped with Bluetooth for a mobile phone connection, or at a range of less than 500 meters (1,640 feet), they work with other G33 goggles as an intercom system. Since the skiing environment is sometimes a little noisy, the goggles use a bone conduction microphone to pick up vibrations of speech from your nose. Sound is delivered to you through earphones. Buttons on either temple work the standard Bluetooth controls.
No price is available as yet, but can you really put a price on this sort of Bond-villain cool?
