Cali and Kevin talked with Andrew from ZTE (That’s either Zed-T-E or Zee-T-E, they say,) about their telecommunications business. They’ve announced seven new Android devices and brought three to show off. They showed off the Nubia 5S smartphone with some really cool camera interface features like guides to help you take straight images.
They also showed a phablet that runs a pretty stock version of Android, and a device comparable to an Apple TV with a projector and a WiFi hotspot built in. It’s 100 lumens, has a 4:3 aspect ratio, and displays 800×480 resolution. It’s a very tiny device, making it very easily portable. It’ll be available later in the year, but no pricing is yet available on any of these devices.
