Review: Elago S5 Outfit MATRIX iPhone 5S Case

December 16, 2013 by Kien Tran

For those who are looking to personalize their iPhone 5S yet maintain the characteristically sleek minimalism, Elago’s S5 Outfit MATRIX line is a great option.

The Outfit MATRIX is an ultra slim snap-on case of polycarbonate and aluminum matched to create an elegant design that doesn’t detract from the phone. The MATRIX version of the case differs in the duo tone color of the case versus the single color of the regular Outfit line.

The top and bottom of the case are left mostly exposed to allow access to the various controls and ports, and a cutout on the back provides a clear view for the camera and its flash.

In the standard retail packaging is the case, a nice thank you card, a sealed microfiber cloth, and a screen protector. There is also an “eco friendly” packaging that only includes the case itself inside of the completely recyclable package. Even with the retail version, the packaging is very minimal and recyclable.

Available in a wide variety of colors, the Outfit MATRIX will allow anyone to personalize their phone to match their personality, or wardrobe, easily!

The Outfit MATRIX is available online at Amazon.com or from their website.

If you don’t need another microfiber cloth or screen protector, you can find the “eco friendly” version of the packaging at Amazon.com for a substantial discount off the full retail packaging.
