GeekBeat.TV #268 | CEDIA 2011: The Paradigm MilleniaSub Review

September 10, 2011 by John P.

MilleniaSub Subwoofer

The MilleniaSub Subwoofer is a unique speaker design, with drivers mounted in opposition to one another in order to eliminate vibration.

Although the MilleniaSub is small, it’s extremely rugged, being housed in a 1/4″ thick aluminum shell. And with 300 watts RMS (900 peak), it packs enough punch to really fill a room with low frequency boom.

A Subwoofer for Anywhere

The form factor of the MilleniaSub allows a wide range of positioning choices, from mounted on a wall, to hidden under a sofa. At only 5-1/2 in x 18-3/8 in x 14 in this is one subwoofer that can be easily concealed – though I don’t know why you’d want to do that since it’s such a unique and attractive design.

We’re going to get a MilleniaSub to do a complete review later, so we’ll update you on how it sounds and whether it’s a worthwhile investment.
