At a press event in Korea, LG confirmed the forthcoming G Pro 2 that they’ll be showing off at Mobile World Congress later this year.
The new phone is an enlarged version of the G Pro, with a 5.9″ screen running at 1920×1080 resolution. It packs 32GB of storage, and a beefy 13 megapixel camera for shooting HD photos and 4K videos. It will run Android 4.4 (KitKat,) and shares the G Pro’s knock-to-unlock feature.
There is no information on pricing or ship dates yet. Hopefully we’ll get word about these and other details at MWC.
