Last week we got our first (official) look at the new full-sized iPad (now called the iPad Air), and today Logitech rolled out their offerings for Air keyboard cases.
There are three keyboards that also add degrees of protection, and a simple protective case (no keyboard) if that’s all you need. All three keyboards connect using Bluetooth.
The FabricSkin Keyboard Folio ($149.99) wraps around the iPad, protecting both front and back, while providing full-size keys integrated into the front cover.
If you like a real click of keys when you type, you can check out the Ultrathin Keyboard Cover ($99.99), which has a magnetic grove to hold your iPad at a good typing angle.
If the feel of real keys is important to you, but you’d like wraparound protection for your iPad, the Ultrathin Keyboard Folio ($99.99), lets you enjoy both in one package.
And if all you want is some protection, but don’t need a keyboard, there’s the Folio Protective Case that wraps around the iPad, and will also prop it up at a good viewing and typing angle.
The keyboards run on rechargeable batteries that give a reported 3 months of use per charge, based on two hours of use per day. The case will also prop up the iPad for a laptop-like typing configuration.
