Logitech Shows New X300 Bluetooth Speaker and Speakerphone

Logitech has introduced a new portable Bluetooth speaker and speakerphone called the X300. The speaker is designed to be ultra portable and affordable yet offer great sound throughout the spectrum. The x300 has 5 hours of battery life on a lithium ion battery and can be recharged by a standard MicroUSB cable.

The X300 is available in serval colors for $69.99. It ships starting later this month.

Engineered for wide-range sound, the Logitech X300 Mobile Wireless Stereo Speaker has specially angled drivers to give you an expansive sound spectrum, with precise bass response and detailed mids and highs. With this speaker, you can connect and play your music and video entertainment from any Bluetooth®-enabled device up to 30 feet away, giving you the freedom to take your media anywhere.

“The Logitech X300 Mobile Wireless Stereo Speaker gives you theater-quality sound on the go,” said Jeffery Cheung, product manager for wireless speakers at Logitech. “We designed this stereo speaker on a completely new acoustic platform, strategically positioning the drivers to face upward and outward to deliver expansive sound that can help take your mobile entertainment to the next level.”

The speaker is simple to connect and control. You can adjust volume and manage phone calls without missing a beat. Plus, with the speaker’s built-in lithium-ion battery, you can keep yourself entertained with up to five hours of continuous playtime, and recharging is easy and convenient thanks to its micro-USB cable.

Pricing and Availability

The Logitech X300 Mobile Wireless Stereo Speaker is expected to be available in the U.S. and in select countries in Asia in June 2014, and in select countries in Europe in August 2014.
