T-Mobile Announces Free Global Roaming
T-Mobile has announced that starting October 31, customers on their Simple Choice plan will get free data roaming and texting in more than 100 countries. It’s only 128kbps, but hey, that means you can at least check email and stuff while abroad, and they’ll also allow you to pay extra for higher speeds with data caps. For example, a 14 day pass with 500mb of data is only $50.
Las Vegas Gets Gigabit Internet
Las Vegas is the latest city to benefit from Gigabit Internet! CenturyLink is bringing fiber service to the northwestern neighborhoods of Las Vegas before the end of the year. The company plans to expand it even further in 2014.
